Rainbow Cottage 2 sleeps two adults and with its traditional cottage style furnishings, reclaimed wood flooring, staircase and wrought ironworks, this cottage holds a special rustic charm.
Relax in comfort in the open plan lounge / dining room, furnished with a leather sofa and armchair. The lounge has a dining table, dining chairs, oak furniture and a built in wardrobe.
The lounge has a colour digital TV and DVD player, shelves with a variety of books to read and a wood burning fire which keeps the whole cottage feeling snug and cosy. Wooden stairs lead to the gallery bedroom. There are 2 steps leading to the kitchen which is on a lower level to the lounge. This cottage is not recommended for small children / toddlers due to the steps and stairs.
The gallery style bedroom / crog loft with beamed ceiling has a king size bed, chest of drawers and flat screen TV.
There is a modern bathroom with toilet, basin and shower cubicle.
The cottage style kitchen with tiled floor and decorative ceramic tiles has an electric cooker and hob, fridge, dishwasher, microwave oven, kettle and toaster.
Bed linen and towels are provided although guests are asked not to remove towels and other furnishings from the cottage.
Electricity is provided by coin meter which takes £1 coins.
Logs can be purchased from us at £5/sack, (guests are welcome to supply their own firewood)
Smoking is not permitted within the premises.

Garden:The large communal garden has outstanding countryside views and has 3 patio areas with table, chairs, barbecues, and a 4 seater Hot Tub - the use of which is shared with visitors in Rainbow Cottages 1 and 3.
Pets / Dog Policy: Pets / Dog Policy: We allow well-behaved pets at Rainbow Cottages at an additional charge of £20.00/week/ dog. We have a strict policy that dogs are kept under control at all times, not left alone in the cottages and that pet owners clean up after their dog(s).
Dogs and their owners must not walk on the surrounding farmland in any circumstance and whilst walking on the main farm road dogs must be kept on the lead.
The cottage garden is suitably fenced so that dogs can be let off the lead whilst in the garden provided that they are not a danger or nuisance to guests who may be occupying the garden and that they do not wander from the garden to the surrounding farmland.
