Directions via M4 to Whitemill

Take the M4 west towards Carmarthen and Pont Abraham services roundabout, at the services take the A48 towards Carmarthen.
Continue until Crosshands roundabout, take the third exit at the roundabout and continue on the A48.
After about 4 miles there is a slip road signposted B4310 to Nantgaredig, it has a brown leisure sign for National Botanical Gardens. Follow the directions to Botanical Gardens and at the roundabout (you will see the entrance to the Botanical Gardens), take the exit to Nantgaredig (B4310) and travel approx 2.4 miles.
At the junction turn right and then left. Continue on the B4310 entering Nantgaredig.
At the crossroads turn left onto the A40 (signposted Carmarthen). Travel approx 2 miles and you will reach a sign for Whitemill, take a right turn into Whitemill just after the MURCO garage (this is Rainbow cottages nearest shop).

Directions from Whitemill to Rainbow Cottages:

After entering the village of Whitemill, you will see Whitemill Inn on your right (Rainbow cottages' nearest pub). On passing the pub turn right, passing the school and continue on this road for approx. 2.2 miles following the sign for Panteg at the church. Continue until you see a cream house in front of you, just before the house, turn right (signposted Panteg). Continue for 0.2 miles and bear right down the road with the block end sign. You will pass Overlook Farm on your left, the next turning on your left is the entrance to Cwm Howell and Rainbow Cottages. This is a farm track, so take care as there may be sheep or cattle in the fields. Follow the track until you see the cottages and you have reached your destination.

If you do find that you are located outside a house with "A Jewson Roof / Pile of C" continue up the hill and at the next junction turn a sharp left and continue down the road until you see the entrance to Rainbow Cottages in Wales.

Public Transport: There is a train station at Carmarthen, approximately 6 miles away. Whilst buses run to Whitemill village from Carmarthen, Rainbow Cottages in Wales is not on a bus route and we are located 2.7 miles away from the nearest bus stop. The nearest airport is Cardiff Wales airport.
